UTOPIA CUIR takes over downtown São Paulo with multidisciplinary show

Opening during Pride Week, "UTOPIA CUIR: Derivas Depois do Agora" takes over Espaço UM55, in downtown São Paulo, with works spanning painting, drawing, audiovisual, performance, textile art, assemblage, printmaking, publications, dramatic reading and staged actions. The event is free.

More than an exhibition about diversity, UTOPIA CUIR proposes a collective experience that turns the exhibition space into a territory of listening, friction and political imagination. The works move between vulnerability, clandestinity, fabulation and resistance, building affective landscapes that challenge the norms historically imposed on dissident bodies.
